Description:

C#, .NET, PL/SQL, SQL, Informatica is the rest of the core skill set. FACETS IS 100% required.
- Working independently, researches and resolves configuration issues reported to the Service desk within the team or other department members.
- Additionally, performs the tasks of small and large projects, including analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing processes as necessary.
- As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multiple areas, regularly provides guidance and training to less experienced Business Systems Analysts and is accountable for sharing knowledge and experience during requirements gathering and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Documents and drives best practices throughout the company. Staff members in this position are effective, self-sufficient, and lead by example.
- Experience/knowledge in Healthcare, Claims business process knowledge, Facets software experience (Claims configuration), familiarity with Facets Product definition, experience in Claims testing processes.
